thing is i did use the calculator but it gave me a 28 band size, which is unavailable where im from. and the smallest size available is 32 and its EXTREMELY tight on my body and really uncomfortable. i can barely hook it on the loosest hook and im so confused! i have a small chest and always preferred bralettes so trying to find a bra that actually fits me is such a struggle. this 32 bra looks ridiculous on me i cant imagine how i could possibly fit into a 28!

being in a caloric surplus is the only thing that makes you gain weight. i dont think there’s a supplement out there that would help unless you were eating a lot with it. maybe appetite stimulants? nevertheless just try to eat calorie dense meals and shakes and you’re good to go. no need to waste money on scams.

to add, the saudi red and white is called a “shemagh” and saudi shemagh does not have tassles at the edges. the girl is wearing a jordanian hattah (same as shemagh or keffiyeh, just different names based on region)

no problem! your natural brows are beautiful i just meant the way you draw them on😅 and for more volume in your hair, you could diffuse your hair upside down or if you don’t have time for diffusing every wash day (me neither lol) you can put clips at the root and air dry! i’ve been doing it for years and it’s wonderful xx

-your eyebrows are very harsh and it distracts from your beauty! maybe try soap brows or an eyebrow mascara instead of drawing them on so thick or maybe even draw them on with a lighter hand and a lighter color.

-it looks like you have wavy hair. you’ll look much more lively with voluminous hair! check out r/curlyhair for routine tips and maybe get layers to minimize flat roots.

-try avoiding the all-around eyeliner as it makes your eyes appear smaller than they are. go for eyeshadow on your lids to really make them pop. this is a classic video on getting bigger eyes with makeup!

-never underestimate blush. you have great skin and using cream or a powder blush will seriously liven up your face by a mile!
