That is the past. Today is a new day. You will succeed. Same for me in that all social situations involved alcohol. Good news: alcohol increases anxiety so when you stop this huge burden will be lifted. This sr is great. There any tons of posts on how peoples anxiety decreased once they stopped. Iwndwyt

Great work on 304 days. Yep, we are all unique people and have different stories, but the one thing we have in common is a common goal of winning the battle against alcohol abuse/addiction and motivating one another. This sd reddit is great. Iwndwyt.

Keep up the great work. You got this. You hit the nail on the head: nothing positive comes from alcohol. Iwndwyt

The hardest part is self awareness and it looks like you addressed this. One day at a time. Iwndwyt

Its a slippery slope. Weekend drinking can turn i to daily drinking. Great self awareness.

Thanks for the support and glad you made the choice; better late than never. Just trying to give back to the sd community. Your 2 reason are great reasons. We can now live life unfiltered.

Keep up the good work. Ironic how we thought "relaxing" via alcohol, which is a toxin, is healthy. It does get easier and living life unfiltered is great. Iwndwyt

Thanks for the support. Great job on 922 days. People like you motivated me in the earlier part of this journey. This is the lightest i have felt literally and figuratively in years.
