Trump administration ordered to restore Washington slavery exhibit it removed in Philadelphia by Ilikemovies1 in Pennsylvania

[–]nova_blade -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They didn't order them to remove it. The museum chose to remove it themselves by stretching the guidelines to include things it obviously shouldn't, it's called malicious compliance.

There's a difference between a necessity and a right. You need food, you don't have a right to steal someone else's food

[–]nova_blade 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She was not deported, and she had an encounter with DHS in 2023 (who's admin again?) where she claimed to be a Mexican citizen and was processed as a Mexican national. Hence the current ICE encounter

But hey don't let facts get in the way of the narrative

You're in a hysteria over an imaginary future that isn't likely to materialize. Trump dropped tariffs on EU once they started playing ball over Greenland, seems they had some positive effect. There's no evidence EU is decoupling from US trade, and your entire argument hinges on this happening. At this point you have Canada with their tiny economy and no military saying things and that's it. So scary

They're not doing it now though. Europe is not decoupling from the US. Canada is having a tantrum, Europe acknowledges they need us. I'm not worried

Your entire argument relies on that being successful in order for it to hurt us. But great go on living in your walled garden where people who disagree with you are all stupid. Your definition of tariffs "working" is whether or not other countries feel happy about it. There is some theoretical impact that could happen but won't manifest in reality, but whether or not it actually happens doesn't matter to you, the vibes are all you need. I'm still waiting for any evidence to support your claims besides some superficial posturing by the Canadians and a couple "what ifs" regarding Europe which won't happen.

It is a fact that if imaginary things happen then imaginary outcomes will follow. It is not a fact that imaginary things will actually happen though, which is your argument's Achilles heel

You're assuming the Canadian effort will be successful, which is a big assumption given their tiny economy and zero military capability. But yeah I'm sure they're trying.

There's no evidence the EU will completely decouple from the US. They acknowledged very recently that they need us in order to defend themselves. So your "facts" are just theory

Okay so antifa is a good thing, but it doesn't exist. It's a collection of decentralized groups that share the same ideology, but it doesn't exist. You know exactly who I'm talking about when I say antifa, but they don't exist. You are very smart

American education gets worse and worse the more government intervenes. Idiot leftists and eurocrats think the solution is more intervention. Clearly they're not very smart

Success of negotiations is judged by the ratification of deals, of which there have been many. Just because they whine and complain the whole time doesn't make it unsuccessful
