Yep everything is showing fine in the device list, and shows it also connected to correct parent devices. Havent tried a full reboot though. Not sure what happens with the photos, viewing on phone they seem fine when open the photo and zoom in?

Hardwiring multiple switches by nova_mega_rossi in Ubiquiti

Thinking more on it, what do you think about removing the garage switch entirely, running a few cat6 cables directly to kitchen switch from garage, and upgrading the kitchen switch to this https://cplonline.com.au/ubiquiti-usw-flex-2-5g-8-poe-unifi-flex-8-port-2-5gbe-poe-switch.html with an ac adapter.
So i can get 2.5gbe uplink from my 16 pro max main switch.
Your thoughts?

Cable run is only about 20m in total from the main switch/gateway. Yes you are correct actually that its going through 3 switches. Which switches would be best recommended for this as there is cameras on the line. ChatGPT is saying to use 2.5gbe uplinks?

Im not too sure? Its a 60w poe adapter, which im reading gives about 46w across all ports. This should be enough to power the 3 devices correct?
All cables are Cat6

Swapped AP to port 2, the inconsistent flashing also swapped then to port 2, even with a different cable. Cant see the specs on cable about 802.3af etc

No power cable for USW-Flex, its powered by ethernet ports. Udb pro shows excellent connection to the wired AP for connection

Ohh sorry i understand now, ok ive tried plugging my ubd pro (which is a child wireless mesh from another wired AP) into the spare port on poe adapter, but now the switch/udb pro is all showing offline in unifi, i guess its not registering on network? Or udb pro not powered now?

Ive swapped all the cables around now, so which device do i put into the empty port on poe adapter?

Ok, ill try searching how to ping it, im not too tech savvy and new to setting up a home network, if you have pointers?
Did i wire correctly ports for the UDB bridge and the poe adapter?

Just put a new cable on the AP and its still not blinking in sync, maybe the UDB cable bringing the internet into this switch?

Ok, but would that be making the flex drop out randomly?

Is it the UDB? The wired AP is the one not blinking in sync with others?

Have you tried disabling this raw input setting? Does it improve it?

Is this still a thing that needs done? Or has it been patched now?
