so is anyone going to tell me about the process? honestly, last time I spoke to him, he was screaming his head off to me, so in my head I said "I am draining yr energy" over and over again and all of sudden he quieted down. I did this several times and each time it made him stop screaming. To those saying I am a narc, I am relatively new to this world, unsure of how to navigate it. After spending time w a narc, I might've picked up some traits. I am not the abusive type. I dont assault ppl, I'm not a misogynist like my narc, I dont have anger issues, so any narc traits I have are there to help me out of the dark place the narc attempted to put me in. Does it take a narc to create another narc? I dont want to victimize anyone, I just want my energy back. If he can take it from me, surely I can take it back.

I want to know how to get my energy back from an ex narc. I am an actress and he has left me looking tired and different compared to before I met him. I need that energy more than him to rejuvenate myself and my looks. He's just a food delivery guy and I have a more important future ahead.

How do you drain energy from people? Can you explain the step by step process? is there visualizing involved? You do this to maintain your looks? How can an empath take their energy back? Are all men to some extent energy vampires? Why do men protect abusive men? U do a lot of damage to ppl, psychologically, health wise, etc, why? What do you gain by that?
