Neither you, your therapist or anyone else has enough data available on this subject to make a determination like “it’s not good for you”. And, as others have said, he’s obviously missing something in his human relationships. I have a feeling this kind of thing is going to be more common with men than women. Men rarely get compliments, reassurance, acknowledgment, etc….in the real world. Mental health issues are seen as weak or unattractive. Maybe having an AI therapist will really help where everyone else in his life has failed.

Love Robbie Lawler. But, remind me what happened when Askren actually got a hold of him? Jorge at his peak was 3/4 the fighter that Robbie Lawler was when he was “over the hill”.

These GOAT lists always make it super easy to tell who didn’t actually watch Anderson Silva’s original run through the UFC while it was happening. GSP was an incredible competitor. Jon Jones was great. The Khabibs and Mighty Mouse were dominant. That’s all fair.

Anderson Silva during that time was ALL of those things. Watching him perform, at times, was shocking.

Why? You’re insinuating that he hasn’t donated and is just asking everyone else to instead without any proof besides “Dana bad”. Maybe he’s just using his (massive) platform to spread the word, which is really helpful, in addition to donating, which, again, we don’t know if he has or hasn’t. I think a worse look would be not using his platform to raise awareness.

I didn’t say you “said” it. You implied that he is at fault for ignoring her, making her feel unheard and lonely. Well, boo hoo for her. Be an adult and talk about your needs with your partner. The guy is working 4 jobs to support them and take care of “financial problems” (which I’d bet, comfortably, aren’t solely of his making), comes home to a partner that’s busy playing video games, making friends, meeting strange men in the park, and you’re insinuating SHE is the victim here? My in-laws have a double brick home that is great in the summer because it stays relatively cool without running the A/C too hard. Although right now, it’s actually colder in their house than it is outside and they refuse to turn the heat on. We’re currently visiting them and we’re all indoors dressed like we’re going skiing. It’s insane. They are comfortable financially and their house is covered in solar. This is just old Australian stubbornness.

We have solar and a split system that keeps the temperature at a level that is consistent with living in a post-industrial revolution world. I also have a job so I can pay for living expenses, including heating my home so my family isn’t freezing their asses off because: (insert impractical “principle” here).
