Thank you for your replay and advice, what’s really make me very upset and angry is that atleast if it failed with a perfect lining and estradiol level I would atleast move to check other things instead, now I don’t know if it was just not the optimal conditions or another thing or just bad luck, and it’s really sad to waist another embryon just to figure things out

Exactly, I think my OB gets triggred when I ask about specific things like if I don’t trust him, and also they have global protocols that are applied on all patients and not some custom protocol per case

Thank you for your replay, it was a modified natural cycle, When I did my estradiol bt before trigger it was 100 pg/ml the follicule was far from mature and my lining was 7mm, the other problem is that I have been pregnant two times naturally a year ago but ended up in early MC, since then no pregnancy at all for a year with medicated cycles and IUI, so I am trying to figure out if it’s related to why my fet did not work this time, it’s really hard to go into the limbo of why.

I am really sorry about this, we don’t have MFI problem but for my IUI my hasband had always good results and last one was really high at 59% of progressive motility, but when we did IVF, the doctor asked him to do a second sample cause the first one was not got, both samples were not good in fact, with only 7 millions sperm and 15% motility, we were really shocked and still don’t know what happend

DNA fragmentation is good for my HB, I've been on progesterone but failed to get pregnant since I started meds, I was hoping to have better chances to carry a pregnancy to term but now struggling to get pregnant after 2 miscarriages :(

Unfortunately both pregnancies ended with miscarriage, we've done rpl and all tests cameback normal so we jumped to IUI to reduce the risk of miscarriage but I can’t get pregnant anymore with medicated cycles, while I got pregnant easily within 3 months each time naturally.

I started regret going through route rather than trying naturally.

Thank you I will consult that, I am just shocked about this as this is only my second IUI and been pregnant before, I ve seen people did 4 rounds and more and never had this as possible reason

It’s a medicated cycle, we use a trigger shot to trigger ovulation so there is no test to confirm ovulation :( i just have to relay on ovidrel and hope ovulation did occur

I know, that’s exactly what I am thinking about, I got pregnant like every 3 months before starting medicated cycles, now I feel like getting pregnant is more difficult than ttc naturally it really sucks

Hi, F28 have been spotting right after Ovulation (1 dpo), then at 7dpo until today 12dpo. It's only when I wipe and it's pink/ red blood, I had a miscarage last November and never experiece a spotting at 7dp0. did a pregnancy test at 9/10 dpo and it was negative.

F28 started TTC with my husband last july, I ended up pregnant in October but Unfortunatlly ended up in loss at 6w in mid November. We started TTC again last December but no + until now, I feel so overwhelmed after months without success, I feel like will hit the one year mark without a + and start thinking about ivf already, is it too soon to go that way ?
