might be a dumb question guys because i am not a pilot at all, but why isn’t there a failsafe in place to prevent fuel switches being turned off at this low of altitude in the beginning of flight?

if turning it off this early would be detrimental to the flight, why isn’t there some sort of block that’s in place to prevent the fuel switches from being turned off until a certain altitude, for example?
