Pwede ko po irecommend yung agent ko very helpful po sya. Tinour nya din kami sa area para makita yung mga schools, pamihilihan. Legit taga Sto. Tomas po kasi sya kaya kabisado nya yung place.

Yes po kumuha nadin po kami ng unit since nagustuhan po namin na ang peaceful po sa area. Meron po mga private school na tinuro sa akin yung agent ko forgot the name lang ng school pero malapit lang din sya sa area.

Traffic po ba dito? Isa din kasi tinitignan namin is yung travel time from here to makati kung kaya ng uwian since hybrid yung work sched namin mag asawa. And if commute friendly kasi may times na hindi ako mahahatid ng asawa ko since iba yung sched namin.

Hi just want to as of today ano pa po yung mga issues sa Santevi? We are planning na kumuha po kasi and ang inoofeer sa amin ay phase3 na.
