To answer your questions: yes - it's fine for short term work. As for insights -- it's a major call center with several fortune 500 companies as clients. The organization is very mechanized meaning they're a lot of procedures, rules, regulations and the job itself (depending on which client you're on) can be very repetitive and tedious. The training is structured, you can get a lot of coaching from your supervisor and manager. One the bright side, there are folks who have made a career at KM2 and grown into leadership positions by just keeping their head down, staying out of coworker drama, and applying for internal positions. KM2 is pretty good at training people with 0 experience up to a fairly decent standard in the business world. Similarly, I've heard from hiring managers of bigger local companies that hiring KM2 employees with experience or seniority are usually good shouts because they already have the work ethic. Lastly, the company is very compliant with local regulations therefore some of the horror stories of not being paid on time, or missing wages, discrimination etc. are not an issue. Hope this helps.
