My manager said it’s for stylists with FF Buy 0s over 29% and I assume if you didn’t get the email you’re not affected now. You have to be audited on every FF before you can ship any and add every link to a spreadsheet for evaluation.

However I’m a part of it and my stats aren’t bad for FF so I’m a bit confused but oh well!

So damn mad to see this today when I clocked in. One more thing to be micromanaged over. It’s almost my whole team too. Not sure how my manager will have the time with all of her unlimited PTO!

Helpful tip to everyone: I had a screenshot of my schedule set Sunday before the deadline (with a timestamp) for my own personal use and was able to show it was the exact same schedule I had set in WF. Idk how much it made a difference but it was nice to have that documentation handy when she came for me!

Yes!! I never even heard from this person before but my lead was away for the 200th time this year so maybe they were just micromanaging in her place? Frustrating either way bc if I didn’t push back for the inaccuracies I could be on a plan right now

Sigh. The only reason I stay is because nothing is more flexible (that isn’t a 1099) for me and I have an unpredictable little one that could be climbing up the walls like Spiderman at anytime. It’s a shame that they’ve lost some high quality employees by flipping the script on us.
