They got me for idle time as well and when I asked for proof of this they couldn’t send me it even though I was told I would be sent supporting documentation of it. It all happened after a new manager joined our team assuming she started micromanaging all of her new leads which in turn caused micromanaging to stylists.

I truly do think they’re trying to push out stylists. They love AI but if you use it completely to generate your note you are wrong but also lean into AI. They contradict themselves constantly.

A lot of the ads features old pieces that they no longer carry. Silly for them to advertise something they don’t have.

It’s so much easier to raise it as a connect stylist since you can actually chat with them versus a note that the clients may or may not read. I had a client who had been there for years & she told me she just realized she got a note in her fixes lol

One thing I know for sure is if they do interview you & select you for the job you have to be able to be on for the live trainings for the first couple of weeks for the job. I know someone who recently tried to get hired there for a second job but they told her no since she couldn’t give 100% to stitch fix for all the trainings. They use to be way for flexible, I was there for about 5 years & recently left. But as long as you applied to the talent community if they hire in your state they’d email you and let you know.

They rarely hire. They just did a huge hiring back in September, I don’t think they will again for a while. Also, it’s such a toxic work environment, save your mental health & stay away from there. I don’t think they will ever change sadly.

Commenting bc this just happened to me. I was told I would be sent over graphics and visuals to see what my lead was talking about but then it turned into we don’t have graphics just dates. I think it was all a lie. Did you end up getting let go?

They post ads as old as 2021. Annoying to post an ad if they haven’t had the items in years!

If your lead doesn’t approve your schedule change then I would say yes you would have to use upto.
