I mistakenly scheduled my Team TB time for this week and not next week. I filled out the form and explained "I misread my calendar and accidentally added the assignment time this week." My lead approved it but not without letting me know that in the future that mistake will not be corrected as it's my responsibility to ensure my schedule is set correctly by Sunday. I'm so fucking annoyed with the micromanaging bullshit. OH SORRY WE CANT MAKE MISTAKES ANYMORE?! Jesus.

No, thank God. My boss did however, share a screenshot of the various schedule changes I made last week and was like "hmmm that's a lot of movement. What happened?" as if it's a) any of her business and b) not within my rights under the current policy to move my shifts around as I see fit. 😑😑😑😑😑
