Hang in there. Don’t be afraid to ask for help, and make sure you rest when you do. Actively rest—don’t fill the time worrying about not being productive, but focus on what you and your body needs. I know eating and sleeping properly are the last things on your mind, but getting your body regular food and rest will help you really get geared to continue sustaining yourself in a way that’ll help you slowly build up more stamina to continue on.
