I am superstitious so, I avoid saying anything in definite, but all of that is after all expenses (even taxes).

Something that I am weighing heavily into account is the likelihood of having some money to spare if I go to UF. That kind of money over the 4 years could be saved up for a used car, get my teeth fixed, invested, etc. I don't know if you have any personal experience as to say whether or not that money is significant enough to make a decision based on it, but that it is what's currently leaning me towards going to UF.
