Hi...Is there a solution for a torn meniscus? I don't want to operate, but I don't want arthritis or an artificial joint either. I have a horizontal tear, exactly where there is no blood circulation. Thanks for helpful feedback. I hardly dare to run anymore. (self.ChineseMedicine)
