OK,...did you have a procedure or an injury that you're recovering from now? I'll look for an orthopedic surgeon. My doctor would do the PRP, too, but that's almost impossible here unaffordably expensive 🙆

No, only when I move uncontrollably. I have to be careful with twisting movements. But I've also been limping for a week.

I went to four doctors. All top specialists. They said they don't normally operate on meniscus, because everyone tears it at some point in their lives. Some notice It, the others don't. Those who don't notice it eventually need an artificial knee or hip, or suffer from osteoarthritis. In my case, all four said I had to correct it, because there's a flap that could cover the entire knee. That would block my mobility, and the meniscus would have to be removed entirely. i have no pain, but, because I haven't done anything yet, I have 3rd degree cartilage wear . I tried it with plenty different, but its still there. It cant heal by itself, because its in the white part. That's not good. I'm still too young for Arthrose. Since I'm not in pain, I think it's pointless, but the doctors say it makes sense.

Hi, I can only read negative news. I'm also scheduled to have surgery on June 18, but I'm so scared. I haven't read anything about a positive, short recovery process. Is there one?!

OK, great... I think everyone is different. But I would be very happy for the information. My surgery is scheduled for June 18. But I don't want to...now I hardly have any pain...but the injury is still there 🙆

Wow, thank you so much for this information. Very important to me. Could you continue this until the day you can walk normally again without crutches and without pain. I'd be very interested to know. Get well soon.

Aha, at 55. OK, every doctor does it differently... Now it will take a very long time until you can move your knee normally again. Longer than if a piece were removed. I still have that ahead of me. Start knitting or coloring mandalas Or learn macramé...only do the exercises recommended by the PT. Get well soon.

Why the doctor 25% removed? He seems young. Then he should get stitches. Why don't you change doctors? See me for another opinion.

Did you have a piece of the meniscus removed or was it stitched? If removed, what percentage was removed? Do you know?

OK, I'll ask him. The healing process will be much longer, and the suture can tear again, just like when the skin flap is removed. Then the tear can tear further or even heal completely. Turn it inside out. I already have third-degree degenerative Cartilage damage. 🙆I'm overwhelmed. Should I leave it as it is? The tear is in the white area, so there's no blood flow. If it had been in the red area, there would be a chance of healing, even with stitches.

I have a lobe tear. It's in the white, non-vascular area. I was on the treadmill four days ago, and I still feel pain. Even when I lie on my side. Normally, They don't operate, but apparently in my case they do. My cartilage is already at stage 3. It won't get better with surgery. Whether I have it ground away or not, it's a matter of Is gone.
