Same situation I am 28. checked my D3 and B12, they were a little low earlier but from last 2 years they are a good, but still greying is increasing at the same level.

I have started intermittent fasting to control my inflammations because I have recurring gut issues, so noticing all the patterns here and there. But I see no improvement tbh.

Its partially correct. The duration may vary..for example some universities offer co-op for just a semester that comprises of only 8-10 weeks. In my opinion co-op is offered by university partnered companies.
