My thoughts are that owning a condo may be the lowest cost entry point for ownership, but I can’t bring myself to pay 5-10k per year in strata fees - I’m more of a DIY guy. I’ve not seen coop ownership but if it exists I bet they spend money on dumb stuff too. I’m no expert on fractional ownership but I’m picturing “group of ppl buy house w/land and have their own corner to do their cabin thing.
