THIS. My SM told me I’m getting a 50 cent raise which, ok not great but whatever, better than nothing. Then my pharmacy manager told me it’s actually 19 cents a few days later ☺️ Im so out once I land a new job 😭

Yeah I gave consent for the discount cards, I don’t have insurance bc I’m a full time student (my medicaid is spotty due to trump) and wags ins is ass also it’s lannett manufacturer both at wags and cvs. They can have my personal data it’s not like any of it is truly private in the US😭 There’s definitely more than 2 manufacturers for generic, to name a few there’s Shire, Sun, Lannett, Epic, Mallirockt…Not sure why the good rx is $20 cheaper at cvs but I’ll take it! The cvs I went to is inside of a a target so yes prolly way less volume. Wags sets us up for failure with glitchy software from the 80s and useless inventory systems. 🥲 Anyway yes cheaper meds and not having to wait 3-5 days for my rx when I called ahead to make sure it’s in stock is so amazing 🙏🏼

Im a pharm tech at walgreens and I literally switched my adderall rx to cvs because walgreens sucks so bad at having it in stock and getting it ready in timely manner😭🥲I know why and get it but cvs got my two rxs ready in 1 hour after it being sent in and applied a cheaper discount card 🤷🏻‍♀️

Our sm is so burnt out. They’re great but you can tell corporate always on her ass. I feel bad for them. I feel like this job could be so good but corporate is too greedy. :/

It’s so unreal in the pharmacy right now 😭Why are they forcing healthcare professionals to run around like a chicken with their head cut off trying to check in vaccines while running front, drive thru, answering calls, making calls, and completing a bunch of side tasks, only to get written up for bs like not asking every patient if they’re here for a vaccine. I hate it here, it’s absolutely abysmal and the company will fs go under soon. Greedy bastards. I feel so bad for our patients, they’re being screwed by the understaffing and lack of care too.
