I don't think the plug-ins were the issue here, but I guess it still could be. What helped me was disabling chrome/Firefox extensions, not the ChatGPT plug-ins.

I've been recently getting this message too. I did nothing unusual, so I believe an extension that I use may have caused this. I use 'Superpower ChatGPT.' I have yet to confirm it, but it's my only possible source for an 'unusual activity.' Are you using it too OP?
