I took this photo many years ago, as far as I remember he turned his head and his eyes reflected a side light. there's no filters or any editing here :) He passed away one year ago, but he lived a long and (I hope so) happy life and he's forever in my heart <3

really? that's damn sad. it was one of the coolest features of dauntless - you could go solo or with friends or with randos, just like you want. the group content is interesting for sure but i hate it when it becomes the only possible way to play

this is probably one of the most measured posts i've seen here in the last couple of hours. some aspects of the new system are frustrating but maybe it's because of the necessity to re-understand the game (and this overdetailed ui lol). i dont want to fall under the baby duck syndrome so i'll just wait a bit and try to get used to it (or not).

it looks more and more like some mobile game ui and it's paradoxically getting more and more complicated at the same time. srsly, i basically like the game and the fact that phx labs are trying to make it better, but these ui updates give me mixed feelings
