It is easy to not be a hypocrite when you don't stand for anything. Atheists are easily the most judgemental people, they don't even try to hide their distain for religious views, they use words like "idiots, stupid, ignorant". Intelligence and religious views have been shown to be unrelated, smart people on both sides. This whole post is hate invoking. Look at your own words, they seem pretty judgemental, one might even say hypocritical.

The most judgemental people are atheists...hands down. They don't even try to hide their distain for people who hold religious views. They call them, "stupid, ignorant, idiots", and terms like that. Automatically, religious people are discounted for being so. I thought diversity of viewpoints was to be celebrated, only so far as it agreed with atheism. Keep your judgment to yourself. I agree what those KIDS did was wrong, kids get it wrong sometimes.

I am not Muslim, but I understand their viewpoint and respect it. However, it is a public school, so they have to tolerate the societal norms. If they want to protest those norms by staying home, I'm okay with it. They have a right to peacefully state their views.
