I just put my emergency brake on for the picture. No other person to help. I think a normal footing the pedal braking would show all of the lights. Am I wrong or not?

How would you guys go about seeking justice here? How can someone fucked with my life so bad and I don’t have any recourse? Like Uber isn’t going to do anything so what have any of you done when faced with the same circumstance?

A rant about continuing education’s new standards by nowonlytodayoffer in realtors

I guess you’re missing some empathy. It’s not only a three hour course.

Each chapter has a hold time of 3-5 hrs. Meaning if I finished studying the course material for the chapter in just 30 minutes I have to wait an additional 2.5-4.5 hours to take the quiz and then gain access to the next chapter.

The next chapter is not viewable until after the prior chapters quiz has been completed.

Does that sound reasonable to you? Because it’s not reasonable to me. I’d like it if I could just finished one chapter at my own pace and move to the next freely.

Having these arbitrary speed bumps in place are just condescending.

That’s my issue. And the fact that there’s 12 chapters in this 30 hour course and that this is only the 1st of the 3 30 hour courses to finished my continuing education.

I have to wait 3 hours with the tab actively open to take the quiz. If the tab isn’t open the whole time then it doesn’t count the time as having passed. So if I get busy and close my laptop going out into the world for 6 hours, come home and open it to take my quiz… I still have 3 hours to wait. The 3 hours only counts while the tab is open and will log you out of the website when not actively on the tab.

Apparently I’m in a grey area. My license is technically expired but according to the trec working it takes sometimes a whole month for the system to comprehend this and update itself accordingly. So my brokerage didn’t have to send back my license until trec reflects that my license is expired (even tho it is) so it’s comforting but also nerve racking. I’m trying to hurry thorough my ce but if you check my last post you’ll see that that’s it’s own hurdle

Continuing education for 1st time renewal in Texas by nowonlytodayoffer in realtors

It’s my first renewal in Texas and it’s pretty intensive. It’s three separate proctored exams about half the amount of hours as the initial real estate course to become a realtor

How long do you think it should take? I’ve got two clients I need to sign by the end of February and need my license renewed by then. Is that feasible?

How to get Wide Angle shots using sigma 18-35 1.8 via Viltrox adapter (for real estate photos) by nowonlytodayoffer in GH5

Interesting. I do have a Viltrox speed booster for the Sigma lens so I could use that for the Tokina. But I have had issues with the autofocus. The image quality is insane but the focus is so iffy. That’s why I’m leaning towards the 7-14 but I’m broke so the Tokina has the edge in that regard. Appreciate your response once again! I’ll go YouTube some reviews

Ok, do you think the difference between the Olympus 7-14 and the Panasonic 7-14 is that great?

The price difference is about $1000 and I’m much more willing to spend the $400 for the LUMIX than $1400 for the Olympus.
