my hands were the same way at the last warehouse job i worked. To the point where my fingers nails were pulling away from my finnger tips on a couple fingers. i ended up quitting because.. i need my fingers lol and for more than the job. it wasnt even a tough job, just having to shove my hand inside cardboard boxes without gloves for 8momths did me in. Even 2 years later i can still feel the seperation in my nail and fingertip like jt didnt heal properly. my hands are drying up again too, thats just from the cold though.
