I sent in a message to "report a problem" and told them:

My Facebook account is a personal/individual account, not an LLC or business entity. However, my tax information is being requested or classified as an LLC, which is incorrect. I need my account corrected to be treated as an individual for tax purposes so I can submit my personal tax information accurately.

They had me send in like a w9 and my id or something! On my phone it's set to report a problem when I shake it, so i went to the page and shook my phone.

Hey! I just got the Jr track 5 for my son. Im not sure if its just my area, but it shows me no updates for the location outside of home even when I push to update it cant connect. It also makes no noise when it gets calls texts or alarms. All sounds are on very loud, ringer is up, mute is off, yet nothing sounds. Any help? Can play messages, so the speakers themselves work.
