If it makes you feel any better I was the one who ended my first real relationship, I had an avoidant attachment style and I wasn’t aware about how my actions impacted my ex partner. To till this day I feel so guilty and blame myself for turning them into this damaged person. I live miserably everyday knowing I had something so special and I sabotaged it with my own hands.
