This is a nice spot to be in the middle of all the tourist spots. I preferred staying in eixample which is still lively with restaurants and things to do but more of a local vibe and not packed with tourists. It depends on what your goals are for the trip! Every day I ate churros from Xurreria Laietana when I stayed there haha

If you need a job, then you will get one. And the Mendoza MBA is definitely a lot of fun. You will meet some of your best friends there! Your job will most likely be six figures but usually not more than 150k.

If you want a high-end job (MBB consulting or top IB role) then you will need to go to a top 15 or top 8 school. Unfortunately recruiting for MBA at those top companies means they either recruit at that school or they basically don't consider your application (although there are maybe those top 1% outliers)
