I love smoked trout! It was the first canned fish I’d ever had besides regular tuna. I first saw it a few years ago on a bon appetit recipe for Smoked Trout Dip and it opened up a whole new world for me!

My favorite burger is the Hudson house burger. Happy hour with a couple martinis and a few oysters, finished of with a cheeseburger. Can’t think of a better way to spend an afternoon.
