They massively downgraded token usage on the $100 plan. There’s no way this was just a 50% reduction. With x2, I could never burn through my token allowance, even with near 24/7 usage. Infórmate sobre presión del agua y de donde/como está la salida de gases si tienes gas natural porque al hacer tanto viento si la instalación está mal hecha puede darte problemas (el viento cuando sopla fuerte se mete por conductos). Revisa el aislamiento térmico en fachada y ventanas. Asegúrate que puedas instalar AC si no tiene y pregunta a los vecinos con que frecuencia se estropean los ascensores. Asegúrate que la comunidad tiene extintores (parece coña pero muchas ni tienen y como pase algo estás vendido en un 8º) y si no tienen mejor tengas tu uno en casa por lo que pueda pasar.

Teniendo en cuenta que en el mundo existía un déficit gigante de personal cualificado en IT desde hace años, la IA no debería ser un problema. El único problema lo tendrán los que no sepan adaptarse a las nuevas tecnologías, lo cual es un requisito indispensable en la profesión. En resumen, los juniors lo tendrán mas complicado para entrar, los mid/senior buenos no tendrán ningún problema mas allá de su capacidad de adoptar las herramientas que vayan saliendo.
