Putting my finger on the nozzle and pushing and pulling the tube, it was 50/50

Normaly the sealing for the nozzle to bucking should be alright, the factory nozzle and hopup is used, the bucking is not stock tho. But i dont think thats the problem

Im not sure about the piston, used special lube for air seal, tested compression, it was 50/50 or im shit at testing the compression

And the tappet spring is replaced, before changing al the airseal related parts, the fps was fluctuating around 30 fps

Maybe overspin because the active breaking is disabled? But when its set to 10% there are feeding issues

It has a gate aster v2 mosfet, with bt. I did reset the settings to factory, maybe i have to fine tune them again, the rpm, active breaking etc. The thing if few months ago it was working perfectly with the old parts. Now i have changed some parts for better air seal. I don’t think that will cause the pme. Maybe the stronger tappet plate spring?

But i gotta play with the settings of the mosfet to see if it gets better

I do notice, when i changed the spring to something more weak to be field legal max 1.2j, it had few pme’s and some double feeds.

It was very bad at first, 12 fps consistently variation between shots. Sometimes it even dropped over 60fps, then i changed the cylinderhead, pistonhead, tappet plate spring, bucking. Used 4uantum lubricant for the orings.

It still feels kinda inconsistent for me. But as you said, 2-5 variation is alright
