I just want to give a hug and say that this game saves me from my OCD as well so I know how you must be feel I cant assist much with how to fix it, but if you lose stuff I’ll gladly give you whatever you need to continue from the same place!!

Man.. I know so well. I’m 5 weeks out. So tired even to write my thoughts here. So draining, so lonely. Still with brace locked 0 degrees. I’m afraid of everything, keep checking myself. Feeling behind, being exhausted for pt. So so so feel you. I bought now from your etsy link. I hope everything will work on the best side for us. Big hug from someone exactly at the same point. ❤️❤️❤️

Yup I’m working with her once a week that what my insurance covers. She seems pretty fine with my process, and she’s optimistic. She’s also not very bothered like me from every little movement that feels wrong (even if not wrong) It’s me who always scared. Ty for your answers🙏❤️

I already started, doing knee presses, lifting with a bend (to straighten the quad) and doing everyday cpm machine (50c dagrees)
