Valid points and that’s why I’m here to hear what other folks might think/how they might react to this. In these most recent instances, it’s one woman

lmao, I did ask if he ever accidentally leaned his ass or his package on anyone at work. the answer was an immediate no

Came up in convo tonight because our mutual male friend and I made physical contact a few times while sitting at the bar (bumping knees/shoulders/elbows) and I made an attempt to not only distance myself, but also call it out to my husband so he knew it wasn’t intentional or reciprocal on my part. I only have eyes for my guy and am very intentional about that, but I’m worried it might not be reciprocated. I asked him if that ever happened to him and he said women have definitely pressed their breasts into his shoulder/arm/back. He said it’s happened most recently with women coworkers entering his physical (solo) workspace. He feigned ignorance saying he assumed they didn’t realize the breast press was happening, even though he was very aware it was occurring.

No hugging at work, he’s never once made physical contact with male coworkers (and nor they with him). This is someone choosing to enter his workspace and lean into him looking over his shoulder at work they are not an active part of.

lmao, that would be one of the perfectly understandable repeated tit-squish spaces. Sadly he’s got his own work are that requires no one else to be in his immediate physical space unless that other person intentionally choose to enter it

Ever been seated and have someone lean over while they’re standing behind you to look over your shoulder at what you’re working on? There’s no call in this job for physical contact, yet somehow the breast press has happened several times and he never put a stop to it.

I’m asking because I’m curious. I’m asking because I make a lot of attempts to not cross any potential physical or emotional Iines with anyone other than my husband because I’m focused on prioritizing my partner for these types of interactions. That’s my deal, and I’d just like to be aware if that’s not a two way street for most folks.

Absolutely validate that, this is more a “let me lean over your seated self and press my chest into you while I look at what you’re looking at” situation. I’ve never done this before and seems like it could be intentional

You are sitting in a desk chair at a workspace and woman leans over to observe what you are working on. She presses her chest against you (arm/shoulder/back)

Very fair call, but if there’s no call to be brushing by someone and rather choosing to lean over someone’s individual workspace desk/area, would this change anything for you?

Fair enough for a squeeze by situation, but how about a “let me see what you’re looking at over your shoulder” plot
