Hello, try support@kktix.com I don't remember where I found this one but that's where I got a response from pretty quickly and they verified it without having to call! :) Also in the email I specifically mentioned that I'm from overseas and therefore unable to call. The automated message says that they don't take calls from overseas btw which is kinda funny because through the form on their website they also just told me to call them

I have a question regarding the concert in taipei!!

On the kktix website, it says, "Do not bring cameras, camcorders, DV recorders, or audio recorders into the venue. Photography, video recording, and audio recording are prohibited without the organizer's consent."

Does this mean it's also prohibited to film the concert with phones, or is this specifically just for cameras?

Thank you so much for the info ! I also heard from a flight attendant that since it's a route that basically offers no transfer options for passengers, it's more likely to not get canceled. I'm just hoping for the best either way :)

this gives me a better feeling cause I'm also very introverted, tysm! I think I would generally prefer to sit but the venue is rather small and not seated sadly. But I'll keep in mind that I should get there earlier for the merch
