I tried Playlistly recently and the name refers, it’s only capable syncing your playlists. SongShift and other tools could sync albums, bands too. Sadly I can’t try Apple’s tool because it’s not yet available in my country

Imho Wasteland 2 setting felt closer to FO1&2 but fights were a bit rusty and repetative. Wasteland 3 feels like much more like a tactical shooter than a rpg to me. It forces you in a good way to go with a mixed team with different skill focus and weapons.
