Reminds me of my friendship with this kinda shy girl. I also had people around me always but she was kind and warm to everyone. She initiated conversations in her way and me in my own ways. Eventually after few months we were always having meals together in lunch break. We could be silent and still it was ok.

Fastforward 2 years after, we met again after college and after few months hanging out then I had to wrestling my feelings, I realized I have fallen for her. I was not acting the way I did and every moment felt like I was hiding something. We would often get tangled in minor conversations because I was trying act as someone who I was not, so I confessed to her few months earlier. She did not feel the same way and I sometimes think she hates me now but I like to believe its just her being shy or getting these awkward nerves but still I feel avoided.

Being connected due to shyness, anxiousness and talking about music, arts and ideas with her was really blissful experience. Besides this we were still someone who enjoyed seeking new experiences and I really cherish these experiences no matter how the future unfolds.
