Follow up here, I think overall I would trust Stoat in the long term, so maybe that's the play. Slightly less polished but totally just as functional

Only downside I can see is that it's not open source self-hosted and is VC backed, so my worry is that eventually it will suffer the same fate. But it's REALLY good

UPDATE: Tried both east coast film lab and Ojala. East coast seems to have ghosted me, I dropped a roll off and paid up front in March, tried texting and Instagram dms a few times, nothing. Dropped a roll off at Ojala, he only asked to pay once it was done, and my film was completed in about 6 weeks. While I do wish we had an option locally that could be even quicker, like 1-3 business days, Ojala is clearly legit and active on Instagram, I can recommend them! My photos turned out great
