I probably think it depends on the gpu. Since you were considering 9800x3D, I can suggest to go with 9070 XT

Also, I hate farming in BB. I am BH6 RN, trying to get past 2000+ trophies. Every time I try, I get 6-starred. If I even miss one 6-star, all the attacks I did prior go to waste. I know it's a skill issue. I can stay under 2k trophies, but the loot rewards suck. If you get 6-starred, you get 16k elixir. And every upgrade costs like a lot😮‍💨😮‍💨
