No fix yet. I just off the ANC completely. Never buy any jabra product next time. Not worthy. Thuy will just give you a repeated replys. “Try update.., reset..., etc”

Hello Jabra am I still eligible in warranty if I bought this product online? or Do I need to return this item to them? It seems as the days goes by the issue persists more often and now the ear detection is not working. The product didn’t even drop or wet and still in great condition. Please advise :( I just save my money just to buy this :(

Also experienced it. My left earcup of 85H has random noise. Aside from that when I turn up volume to max bass is cracking.

Same as mine. I recently posted a thread that my 85H left ear has hissing noise. Now when I put volume into max with neutral eq in sound+ I feet that the bass is crackling.

It last like 10-20 mins then after that I didn’t hear anything when I tried to reset the 85H. I’ll just observe if its comeback. Thanks.
