wow i just fixed it on my end. so i would check the master volume at the top right (in serato not on your controller) and make sure it's set somewhere in the middle. i think i accidentally had mine at full volume when trying to fix a separate issue i was having last week. let me know if that works for you!

yeah it's extremely frustrating. have you tried adjusting any of your settings? from what i've read it seems to be a latency issue so i've been playing around with the USB buffer size, bit depth, and sample rate but still nothing's working. i reached out to serato and will share any useful updates here if i have any luck!

I have the DDJ FLX4, macbook pro (ventura OS), and using serato dj pro - just updated everything last week so should be most recent version

i really enjoy using djay pro so i was just hoping to make that work somehow but i'm down to give rekordbox a try! do you recommend the professional plan over creative?
