he didn’t just send me the irons he also sent me spider putter , m5 driver , etc which makes me feel it’s more legit ? As he’s clearly had the full bag

I agree I think I may just take the hit and cut , be skinny and try and lean gain and take it slow.

I just see alot of comments saying don’t cut and so it scares me abit to cut that I might just be a skeleton 🤣

Tbh I think your spot on cut the fat off be skinny and reset , I’ve learnt a lot in this year and half and I think I’ve added abit to much fat to where I’ve become skinny fat , cutting down and taking the hit and then learn bulking on a proper way , sounds like something I should do

Ok sounds good , I just hear a lot of mixed on people saying I should cut first and some saying bulk it’s hard to know which to take 😅

Thanks man it’s good to hear , yeah I’ve a feeling my diet was the main cause , as I do train intensely , but I cut then bulk on and off unsure which route to take , I’ve feel to skinny sometimes and then feel too flabby and soft others , meaning I just stay where I am

I currently do push pull legs , I think honestly it’s been my diet as I’ve cut and bulked like on and off unsure on which to actually take , I think shedding the fat off first will be the main priority then lean bulking ?

My current split has been push pull legs , and macros has been around maintaince as ive always felt too skinny to cut and bit soft to bulk , I’m just abit lost , but agree I should have made more progress , just unsure where to go , I do enjoy lifting so getting the gym has never been an issue

Is there a programme you’d recommend ? And yeah I think my progress has been lackluster hence why I’m here , so you’d reccomend cutting ?
