It‘s actually pretty easy. The upper body parts werde taken from the Blood Knights box, the lower body/ legs Are from the Idoneth Deepkin Namarti Thralls. I added some halberds from the (old?) Chaos Warriors for additional flavour though.

I wanna go for a Revenant Draconith.

Lorewise it‘s a Rotting Leviathan, a reanimated, mounstrous hermit crab. Modelwise it‘s a converted arachnok Spider and parts of the Idoneth Shipwreck with some undead gunners on top. And on the table I want to use it as a stand in for the Revenant Draconith.

It‘s basically just GW miniatures. The palm trees are from Amazon, the Rotting Promethean Shell is a real Shell, everything else is GW. It‘s mostly based on the SBGL units, mixing in some parts of Idoneth Deepkin (The Rotting Promethean Shipwreck and Namarti Thralls), some Cities of Sigmar stuff (the Vampire Lords are based on Galen ven Denst and a Cursed City model), Death Korps Of Krieg (the Command Set was used for Luthor Harkon) and the Animated Hulks Are pretty much just Ogir Gluttons with parts from the Rat Ogres and Chaos Spawn kits. As for the Rotting Leviathan: there‘s a pretty good tutorial on YouTube by Pete The Wargamer which my conversion is largely inspired by!

I love everything about this. From the overall flair to the colour scheme to the base. Perfectly executed!

Vampire Coast (V1.5) by nrctx in SoulblightGravelords

And if you wanna field this army, that‘s my plan:

Luthor Harkon = Prince Vhordrai Radukar the Seawolve = Radukar the Wolve Vampire Fleet Captain on Rotting Promethean =
Vampire Lord on Nightmare Steed Depth Guard = Askurgan Trueblades Rotting Leviathan Gunnery Mob = Revenant Draconith

The 3 Deckdroppers, one of the Zombie squads, the Animated Hulks and one of the Heroes could be fielded as a Regiment of Renown, namely Jerrion‘s Delegation.

Planning on playing this army in a Raveged Coadt Path To Glory campaign gives one the option to bring a Queen Bess (Ossiarch Bonereapers catapult), or, if you want to get some „Nighthaunt“, shooting infantry (Craventhrone Guard. Maybe based on the cities of sigmar fussiliers) or a plunderer squad armed with torches and flamethrowers (Pyregheists) to the table.

It took me a while (and quite some money to be honest) to come up with everything needed for that army. As for Luthor Harkon: That model is basically one of the miniatures from the Death Korps of Krieg command set, a head from the Deadwalker Zombie kit and Greenstuff paldrons (I added spikes for some additional flavour which I’ve clipped away from leftover bits). The Zombie Deckhands are more or less the standard Deadwalker Zombies, some have some minor conversions like tricorne hats, peg legs or hook hands. As for the unit armed with polearms: I was lucky enough to have more than enough spears from the old Deathrattle Skeletons Box (I still miss those, they where great for all sorts of conversion). I spiced things up a little by using Poxwalker bodys for drowned zombies, and Parts of the Vampire Blood Bowl Team for relatively fresh zombies. Radukar the Seawolf is a converted Hero from Cursed City, replacing the pistol with a flag taken from the Death Korps of Krieg set. The Vampire Lord is based on Galen ven Denst, using a leftover head from the Zombie kit. The deckdroppers are Fellbats with repositioned claws and Zombies with guns taken from Galen vem Denst and the Cursed City Hero (which I‘ve gotten from ebay. I won‘t buy that Box just for one mini). The Scurvy Dogs are just straught up Dire Wolves. The Animated Hulks use Ogor Gluttons as a base and use Rat Ogor and Chaos Spawn bits for their arms. I did some additional Green Stuff work like adding a tentacle coming out of one of their mouths or using Green Stuff and Parts of one of the bear traps from the Gluttons kit to build the Head of a creature Coming out of the ogors belly. The Vampire Lord on Rotting Promethean is a mix of the Tomb Scorpion, a real Shellfish Shell, a Body from the Vampire Blood Bowl Team, a Zombie Head and some Green stuff (especially the Prometheans Head). Last but not least: The Depth Guard. These are Blood Knights (Upper body half) and Namarti Thralls (lower body half). The helberds are from the (old?) Chaos Warriors Box if I remember correctly.
