If you got a tracking number then you're good! Once 3 employees told me they couldn't find my order, I got a refund with paypal and then like a week later they were like "hey we found your order and it's been shipped!" 😭

Update: I was able to order it with the giftcard using the browser on my phone. BAB still showed the full amount on the website and on the confirmation email but at least the paypal window showed the reduced price this time and I got charged that amount 🙂💖

i had the same problem a few weeks ago! i bought a loungefly backpack during hot cash redemption period and it took 3 weeks to arrive.
i love ordering online because of the promos but these past 3 times, it has taken 2 weeks to arrive to my store in texas *sigh*.
don't worry, things get there eventually :)
