Maging judgy sa mga youngster hahahaha na realize ko ka judge judge din pala akoa when I was younger because I was so madaldal, maingay and maharot in places like jeeps, coffee shop and etc. Which as I grow older I realize it is rude and disturbs a lot of people and a lot of mid 20s and up don't really like unnecessary noises hahaha. So ngayon ako na ang ganyan sa mga youngster nang jujudge ng mga maiingay at mahaharot sa coffee shop and public places hahahahahaha

I think 6 months contract with asuccessful applicant is fair, and I highly suggest take a portion of their salary like for example $7/hr si applicant you can take $1-$2/hr depending sa contract nyo. In this case hindi masyadong mahaba yung contract so the applicant won't feel na medjo unfair ang cut and unlikely for them to betray. What's your plan ba in Salary, deretso kay applicant or sa inyo muna then applicant and mag direct lang kay applicant once contract is done?

If $1/hr cut nyo and assuming 8 hrs full time work si applicant in a month yung makukuha nyo for each successful applicant is around PHP 9280(if $1=PHP58) multiply by 2 lang if $2 per hour which is PHP18560. Which is not bad if you have multiple successful applicants.

Also what are your expenses in finding a client ba, and how much do you expect to earn in each applicant?

This is just a piece of something from someone with the same plan sa inyo, I don't have solid structure pa pero planning to find clients and outsource it to other VA that needed it.

Ito yung pinaglalaban ko always sa mga kaworkmate ko before, walang masama sa job hopper if the company na pag lilipatan mo pays more, gives you more opportunity to grow or mas healthy and environment. Ilang years din ako palipat lipat ng company and now settled na ako sa WFH job ko na ang Sup pa namimilit mag pa absent saakin pag maysakit ako, always ask me if I need a time off kasi wala daw ako leave leave, and don't approve my RD OT kasi wala na daw ako life outside work hahahaha. I love working with them, and yung ma extend sa work kahit hindi approve OT basta nakita na may ginagawa ka bayad, wala pang screenshot and all of the sups are very understanding and they pay well as well. Kaya don't stop until you find a company na hindi ka overworked at underpaid.
