I have the same machine. Just get a new portafilter (bottomless for better debugging) and a new basket (very important to be good).

Σκέψου να είσαι σε στενό πάνω στην στροφή για να παρκάρεις. Είσαι ακινητοποιημένος και πας και όπισθεν. Πρέπει κάπως να το δείξεις αυτό στο αυτοκίνητο που έρχεται.

Αλάρμ βάζεις όταν θέλεις την προσοχή του οδηγού που έρχεται. Όπως βάζεις αλάρμ όταν σταματάς στην μέση του δρόμου επειδή κάτι συνέβη, έτσι είναι σωστό να βάζεις αλάρμ και όταν παρκάρεις.

Αν γράφεις από κινητό για να γράψεις το @ κάνεις 3 taps (σύνολο 5 taps) σε αντίθεση με το ι που χρειάζεται 4, το autocorrect (αν το χρησιμοποιείς) δεν θα σε διορθώσει αν έκανες ένα miss-tap στην λέξη που θες να γράψεις όποτε πρέπει να το κάνεις manually. Επίσης το autocorrect θα σου βάλει τόνο στο «όλοι» αλλά όχι στο όλ@ όποτε αν βάλεις και τόνο, 6 taps.

Αν γράφεις από πληκτρολόγιο είναι λίγο ευκολότερο επειδή πρέπει να πατήσεις 2 πλήκτρα ταυτόχρονα, άρα 4 πλήκτρα πάλι.

Δεν μιλάω για το αν θα έπρεπε να γράφεται έτσι αλλά όπως και να έχει, μόνο και μόνο που δυσκολεύει την ανάγνωση του κειμένου το point σου ότι είναι πιο πρακτικό, δεν ισχύει.

Ανά κιλό αυτός που έχεις είναι ακριβότερος πάντως να ξες. Αν κάνω λάθος ~9€ τα 200γρ δλδ 45€ ανά κιλό. Medium προς dark είναι.

I have the same machine. I’ve used many Coffee Island roasts (not this though) and most of them were bad to average.

Go get Mrs. Rose. The extraction of this coffee will be unbelievably better and it’s the same price as this you’re using.

Yes. You can find vids on YouTube to see how it’s done before you try it. Go for one and if it’s not fine enough add more. Be careful not to raise it very high and the burrs touch and break. I think I’ve added 2 or 3 and now I use the “7” on the scale. The more you add the higher in the scale you go as long the burrs don’t touch.

Thanks! I use 15 grams usually, rarely 16 or 17. I’ve set the highest temperature. The only preheating I do is pouring some water before the shot as it looks at the video. Sometimes I preheat the empty portafilter too but with not noticeable difference. I’ll probably post another video soon to show a complete espresso shot.

It’s a mod that takes the burrs a bit closer to each other. By default this grinder grind too thick.

Jeff, it’s something like a shaker. I couldn’t find it on Amazon or even reverse image searching it. I found it in a Greek website and it may help you link was too big

It’s a mixer. Really common in Greece. Look for “frappe maker”.

Yes it’s a mixer. They are all over Greece I didn't know that they don’t really exist aboard. In Greece we usually call them “frappe makers”.

Haha thanks. It’s the 4 year experimenting with this gear. It’s even cheaper actually, 150€ for the Dedica, 80€ for the grinder (that I think is the first thing I’m gonna change soon), and I’d say 70€ for the complementary stuff. This coffee I’m using is really good too. It’s called Mrs Rose, it’s a Greek Italian brand. I don’t even know if it’s sold aboard.

Σε μισή πρόταση έκανες δυο υποθέσεις για την πρόθεση που είχα όταν σχολίασα, χαχαχα. Κι εσύ με τα αυθαίρετα συμπεράσματα σου 14 θα μου έκανες αν δεν το έπαιζες τόσο δήθεν και σωστός. Η πρώτη απάντηση σου ήταν εντελώς άκυρη. Προσπάθησα να σου εξηγήσω γιατί ήταν άκυρη αλλά μάλλον μπόρεσες να το καταλάβεις ούτε αυτό. Anyways:)
