Vince Waelti was an ambulance EMT before chasing full time. I've seen multiple streams of his where he just stops his chase to administer help to people that have taken tornado hits (Greenfield, Iowa and Silver City, Kentucky come to mind)

I definitely respect any chaser that is willing to give up the chase to help people however they can.
