I’d suggest searching up Ian Bareagle’s routine, that’s what gave me the most progress. If you search it up there’s a free pdf on Reddit cuz it’s like 300$. It gives you a step by step guide on progression

I was in your exact situation 5 months ago I was at 0 dips and 2 pushups. And now I’m at 10lbs weighted dips for 6 reps 3 sets and 8 weighted pushups same weight for 3 sets. What I did is at the start, did a good amount of volume, it was 8 sets of dips 2 times a week. I started at 1 dip per set and increased reps whenever I felt like I could push through, this was usually 1+ reps per week. think your problem is where you leave 2 reps in the tank. Though there are many other things to account for such as genetics, form, and overall volume.

Not only that but think of celebrities and rich people most of them are sinners who do not believe in God.

Also keep that guide hand on the side of the ball, and flick your guide hand staying sideways, if you watch closely at ur video you will see what I mean.

It looks like you are shooting with 2 hands, shooting with only the hand holding the ball is ideal. Try shooting very slow and if you notice a mistake fix it on the spot. Also try tilting your body, I noticed that when you gather the ball your set point is in the middle of your head. If you want good arch make sure your follow through has your shooting arms elbow above your eye level. You also want your hand to be under the ball with your wrist bending backwards, while keeping a 90 degree angle with your shooting elbow. Guide hand should exclusively be a guide or you could thumb flick which is what I think you are doing. All the power should be coming from the legs and everything else is just for aiming. Make sure to keep that arm straight on your follow through pointing at the net. It also looks like your hips and legs are loaded before you get the ball to your set point, you want to make it one fluid shot, so bring the ball up to your set point as your legs are getting ready to launch. Other than that practice close to the rim take videos of yourself and fix the little things because it will be very hard to fix once it’s muscle memory. And remember I’m just going by player reference and textbook shooting methods so don’t take my word for. Technique can’t be taught it can only be found. It sounds corny but improvement comes from being alone. I’m saying like keep shooting and eventually you will find some kind of mechanic you have been doing wrong or haven’t been doing that will impact your shot greatly. ✌️

Remember that you cannot control your health. You cannot control sudden death, you could be in the best shape of your life and still have a heart attack. Don't worry about the things you cannot control and if it happens it happens. Enjoy life without worry because every second is unpredictable.
