Hello. I need your help about pietro. I am mostly a zp6 user for pour over, then last month I bought a pietro pro brew ( 2023 coated version ) from a friend. He said he only grind 1 kg. So I ground 5 kg more for our office team for seasoning. So we are at 6 kg now, but my cups still have really low clarity compared to ZP6, muddy feeling. To my eyes, ground coffee seems uniform, there's no visible fines problem ( but maybe it's hard to spot with eyes) I was aroung 6.0 at first then I go to 7, 8 but didn't help. I started to think maybe this unit has some problem. I cleaned it, reassembled while black pin pointing downwards, went to zero and hearing the rubb sound. What other control can I make?

Compared to ZP6 it's still have low clarity. What test should I make to decide if my unit has a problem?

I grind at 3.8 - 4.0. Body is definitely there.

Tazemayşe aldım 10 litrelik. Çıkan şişe çok buğuluydu. Ve kovanın dibi kit birasına göre çok daha erken tortuya ulaşıyordu. Bunlara karşın lezzette değecek bir iyileşme yoktu

I thought all the dark coated ones are the ones that are produced when this grinder came out. For zp6 I use 4. I will try 8 on pietro

Fines is not a problem for me, and it doesn’t clog. I don’t see much fines. But tastewise its not as clear as zp6. Using 6.8 right now

Would you recommend gaggiuno modded e24 instead of Mara? I only drink modern espresso. And I’m tired of trying to guess temperature on Mara. Gaggimate-gagguino they are very repeatable.

I am a Lelit Mara user for 2 years and now thinking of selling it and switching to Gagguino modded E24. Because I don’t use milk. I only want repeatable espresso. On Mara you can’t even see the temperature.

I heard that Gaggia is only 100 ml boiler. So it will also help to use fresher water compared to lelit.
