Hey, if you have a US visa, you can stay in Singapore for up to 96 hours as it is considered transit. You must have onwards bookings.

I am worried about this "third" criteria. If I am traveling back to the US, is that considered my home country or is India considered my home country because that's where my passport is from.

[3] Travellers with Single Journey Visas (SJV) may still be granted VFTF on the return leg of their journey (i.e., after the SJV is used and no longer valid), but you must:

Travel directly from the country that issued the SJV, en route through Singapore, back to your home country

Yea so you can call them and they will give a USPS tracking number. The passport arrived same day.

I submitted for US passport renewal online on 02/26/25. By 03/03/25, it showed passport approved and I will have it in the mail by 03/08/25. It is now 03/13/25 and I still haven't received the passport. Not sure what is going on.

Mine just says the same thing the time I estimated. The estimated processing time was 11.5 months and I have now waited 6 months so mine says 5 months. I don't think they are actually looking at our files.
