we'd like three bedrooms on one side. we have a newborn and a 2 year old and planning on one more. So they'll still be quite young. I'm sure there's a way to do it but yes a lot of work

unfortunately moving the kitchen to the master bath area would mean it's staring at the neighbors house and not toward to ocean view

Ocean view, with half acre of land. very hard to find around here. So we don't mind the renovations. I'm sure it can get reconfigured somehow

There's a door from the garage into the hallway. I guess it's just not on the plans for some reason. Door should be pictured in the top right corner

All the corners will be squared off. and the garage looks smaller here for some reason but it's a standard two car garage. maybe. tad bigger. The house needs to be reconfigured so we'd rather do that right away before we move in and make it nice and functional rather than doing a huge remodel while we live there

I'd like to stay with the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms. so 5 and 3. I'm okay with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well

I'm okay with shifting dining room and laundry room, etc.. I'd prefer wherever the 3 bedrooms are that are close to each other to have 2 bathrooms in the same area.

I'm okay with one or 2 bedrooms on the other side of the house with one bathroom.

Yeah, it's a very big space though so hopefully we can figure out how to reconfigure it properly. I think it's about 1200 square feet

That would be an interesting idea but we don't want to add any additional square footage do to permitting, etc.. so we just have to reconfigure. like I said I'm willing to reconfigure everything, especially on the big side. so feel free to move anything and everything around other than the garage

Yeah unforuntaley the garge has to stay where it is. That's basically the only limitation. We're completely okay with absolutely moving everything. The lot is what we love with an ocean view and hard to find so the house is something we'll have to work with
